On January 15, 2019, the R&I Sales and Channel team, as well as R&I Product Management, New Product Development and Sullair Senior Leadership, hosted the first “Re-Launch” meeting of the Caterpillar Distributor Council Meeting in Michigan City, Indiana.
The intent of the council and semi-annual meetings is to enhance our CAT Dealer Network relationships, receive Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback on Sullair performance and provide important input on new product development for future R&I product launches, to improve mutual business opportunities and grow market share in North America.
The team walked around the CAT 185 Tier 4 Final product. Yellow is an option for our CAT Dealer network.
